Are laundry facilities available ?

While most of our apartments include a full-size washer/dryer an iron, ironing board, and a laundry basket in each apartment there are properties that have laundry facilities on site. We will communicate the laundry facilities available at the properties presented

Are Cotel housing units accessible to expanded premium cable channels such as HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, NFL sports packages, etc. ?

Yes. Most of our apartments offer these additional channels for an additional cost. Please contact your account representative for further details.

Are your apartment’s non-smoking ?

Cotel Housing offers a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments in some locations smoking is permitted out side.

May I bring my pet ?

Most of our locations allow pets. Some apartments do have breed and size restrictions. In some cases, there may be pet deposits depending on the circumstance and the location.

How do I pay my bill?

All monthly charges are consolidated on one statement and mailed or emailed. Cotel can bill individuals or companies with payments via check, money order or credit cards.

In case of a maintenance emergency, may I call you after hours?

Yes, a Cotel Corporate Housing representative is available 24/7 by calling us at 888-721-2227.

‍What is included in the price?

Our furnished and accessorized corporate apartments include rent all furniture, utilities, WiFi and cable.

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in time is at 4 pm and checkout by 11:00 am local time. If you require different accommodations, please inform one of our team members and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Is there parking provided and is there a cost?

Most Cotel apartments include parking either assigned or unassigned several of our communities offer garage parking at a modest monthly fee.


Is there a telephone line in the apartment?

Some Cotel apartments have a landline phone that offers FREE domestic calling that includes Canada and Puerto Rico. International calling is available at an additional monthly fee. Please inquire at time of your reservation.
