Georgia is a state in the southern United States with a diverse landscape, including coastal beaches, agriculture, and mountains. Atlanta, Georgia's capital city, is home to the Georgia Aquarium and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, which is devoted to the life and times of the African-American leader Martin Luther King Jr. Savannah, Georgia, is known for its architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as its lush public squares.
